The Ultimate Dad Bod Transformation Program
“Imagine having an online fitness & nutrition coach who’s been in your shoes—over 50, juggling life—and actually knows how to help you ditch the dad bod, feel stronger, more energized, and finally comfortable in your own body.”
A fitness plan designed for men over 50
A realistic approach to nutrition
Systems that work even when motivation crashes
The strength, stamina, and confidence
You can do this without living in the gym, cutting out everything you enjoy, or turning your life into a full-time health project.
Let me show you how to make it work and actually enjoy the process.
You’ve got responsibilities, a body that doesn’t bounce back like it used to, and about 600 other things more urgent than counting carbs.
Most fitness plans are built for people who don’t live in your world. They assume you’ve got unlimited time, bulletproof knees, and the metabolism of a 22-year-old stuntman.
Wondering how the hell you’re supposed to "get
fit" without it becoming a full-time job
Wondering how the hell you’re supposed to "get fit" without it becoming a full-time Job
To stop “starting over” every Monday after life punches you in the face (again)
You don’t need a perfect routine. You need a flexible, realistic one that adjusts with you , not against you. That’s what this program is.
This isn’t about turning your life upside down. It’s about building strength, losing fat, and eating like a grown man—with real food, joint-friendly workouts, and no shame for the occasional beer or burger.
Look, I get it. You finally decide enough is enough—that stubborn belly fat has got to go, the energy crashes are ridiculous, and your mirror has shifted from neutral observer to passive-aggressive roommate.
Congratulations—you’re ready for change.
So, you go all in.
You sign up for a weekend boot camp, throw out every snack in your house, swear off carbs, vow to stop eating after 7pm, and decide you're never touching fast food again.
And for about 10 days? You're crushing it.
Then life hits. Your motivation dips. Your energy tanks. And suddenly, that “all-in” plan feels like it was designed by a sadistic Navy SEAL.
Going from zero to fitness monk isn’t just unsustainable—it’s a recipe for burnout, especially when you’re over 50 and your body doesn’t recover like it used to.
And let’s not forget the damage done by all those ads promising “shredded in 21 days” or “melt fat overnight.”
Spoiler: If it sounds like a scam, it probably is. And when you’re giving it your all and still not seeing instant results? It’s demoralizing. Makes you wonder if
anything works.
But the problem isn’t you. It’s the approach.
The more you try to overhaul at once, the faster it all unravels. What you need is a strategy that actually fits your life—not something ripped from a fitness influencer’s fantasy routine.
That’s where this program comes in.
My one-on-one coaching takes a smarter, slower, and far more sane approach.
We focus on one habit at a time—the ones that move the needle the most
for you.
We build your plan around your schedule, your life, and your body
(yes, even the creaky parts).
So instead of burning out by week three, you’ll be building real momentum—
the kind that sticks.
Because this isn’t about how fast you can change. It’s about building something you can actually live with—and thrive in—for the long haul.
Let’s be real—if motivation actually worked, you wouldn’t be here reading this.
Most guys over 50 know the drill:
You get fired up, watch a fitness video, maybe dust off the dumbbells, plan to eat clean, skip dessert, and start tomorrow.
But then life happens—again. Work, stress, bad sleep, a screaming kid or grandkid, or just that persistent feeling of “I’m too damn tired.”
Motivation vanishes faster than your metabolism after 40.
And that’s the problem:
Most guys rely on motivation to get started and keep going.
But motivation is basically like a flaky friend—it’s around when everything’s easy, then ghosts you the second life gets inconvenient.
So what’s the alternative?
The reality is, if your plan only works when you’re hyped up and feeling invincible, you’re going to crash—fast and hard.
That’s why this program is built around practical habits and routines
that fit into your real life, not the imaginary one where you wake up every day excited to meal prep and do squats, especially at six in the morning when you want to hit the snooze button a dozen times!
You don’t need a pep talk. You need a structure.
One that works when you're tired, annoyed, or just not in the mood. Which, let’s be honest, is most days.
Motivation might get you started.
But a solid system? That’s what gets results.
You Don't Need to Figure It Out All Alone Anymore.
Trying to hit your fitness goals while keeping up with work, family, and the rest of life? Yeah… that’s no small task. Some days you’ve got the energy to push harder. Other days, just showing up is the win. The real skill? Knowing the difference—and adjusting without guilt.
Coaching makes all the difference.
Instead of constantly wondering:
“Should I be doing more?”
“Am I falling behind?”
“Is it okay to take a step back today?”
You’ll have me in your corner who helps you navigate all of that.
No more mental gymnastics—just clear guidance and real progress.
I will keep an eye on the big picture.
What’s working
What needs adjusting
Where you're headed next
You just focus on showing up, staying consistent, and being honest about what’s working—or what’s getting in your way. Whether your goal is more strength, steady fat loss, or just not crashing at 2PM every day, we’ll keep your plan dialed in.
Most fitness programs are designed for younger guys.
It’s built for your body, your schedule, and your goals.
USA Board-Certified Chiropractor– Specializing in spinal health, injury prevention, and functional movement.
Degree in Nutrition from California State University, Long Beach– Former Nutrisystem nutrition consultant helping men and women lose weight and build muscle.
Fitness Coach for Men Over 50– I personally transformed my own dad bod and now I help others do the same.
The "before" picture showing me at age 50 is the only picture I could find that shows my belly starting to stick out. Due to my testosterone levels dropping every year, this pattern continued until 2020. I was so embarrassed this was happening that I didn't let my wife take pictures of me during that time, until my transformation 7 years later. Now, I'm totally confident and proud to show my body off. My transformation journey was so powerful that I created this program to help other men over 50 to do the same.
Here are my medical records showing my testosterone levels from the past 11 years. These are the units (nmol/l) of measurement this particular laboratory uses. Although most labs use (ng/dl), you can see the changes regardless.
In 2013 at 50 years old my level was in the red, extremely low ( 8 nmol/l which equals 231 ng/dl). This was causing belly fat to accumulate and to start bulging out. This is one of the results of low testosterone. Normal levels for men aged 40-50 are between 500 – 550 ng/dl.
Before 2020 you can see fluctuations of my testosterone level despite me working out 3 times/week lifting weights at the gym. There was a significant drop in 2017 because I decided to go vegan and that did not go well for me.
I changed my eating habits again to a more balanced diet and although my testosterone level improved, it was still not great.
It wasn’t until November 2020 that I tested my level again, 8 months after working out exclusively with resistance bands, that my testosterone surged to the highest level (18.8 nmol/l which equals 542 ng/dl), and I have maintained it. My last check-up was on December 19, 2024 (18.7 nmol/l (539 ng/dl)). Normal levels for men aged 50 - 60 are between 400 -450 ng/dl, with the average range from 170-918 ng/dl. [1] At age 57, my testosterone level had more than doubled!
Energy still great and significant improvement in confidence and self-esteem
I am currently working with my first 10 dedicated dad bods on their
transformations. No flashy before-and-afters (yet) but they’re on the way!

Absolutely! This program is built for all fitness levels—whether you’re just starting, haven't exercised in a long time or looking to refine your physique.
I understand that your time is valuable, especially if you have a busy career or family commitments. You work out from home 3x/week starting at 40 minutes each session for the first 4 weeks of the program. Then 50 minutes weeks 5-8, and 60 minutes weeks 9-12.
As a chiropractor, I’ve specifically designed this program to strengthen your body while protecting your joints.
A set of professional grade resistance bands (affordable, portable, and effective!), a workout mat, a chair, access to a door.
Not at all! Most meals can be prepared and be ready to eat in less than 20 minutes, and snacks in less than 10 minutes. They taste great and are packed with nutrients to make it easier for you to reach your fitness goals. No need to spend hours in the kitchen preparing your food, especially with busy lifestyle. I speak from personal experience!
You will be able to include your favorite foods as long as you are meeting your requirements for protein, carbs, fats and calories in order to reach your fitness goals. The Sustainable Nutrition Program is not a diet filled with cardboard tasting crap like in some fad diets out there that makes you want to quit after a couple of weeks. It is a way of eating for the long term that makes you healthier and stronger, but also includes foods that you are already used to and love.
"The Ultimate Dad Bod Transformation Program" focuses only on men over 50 looking to transform their health and body. My program combines fitness with nutrition and lifestyle advice tailored specifically to your age group, challenges, and goals, making it unique compared to generic fitness plans.
It depends how quickly you want to reach your fitness goals. After your initial zoom meeting with me, you can either dive into the program on your own with limited support (communication only through emails and a Private Facebook Group) or you have the option to sign up for private one-on-one fitness online coaching with me. I offer different plans to fit your needs.
Yes! Try it for 30 days—if you don’t love the results, I’ll refund your money.
Yes. After the 30-day money-back guarantee period, you can cancel your membership at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and there will not be any further charges to your card moving forward.
Working with an in-person trainer can cost anywhere from $60
to $100+ per session depending on their experience and your zip code. If you’re
training just twice a week, you're already looking at around $500 a month—some
trainers even charging more. That’s between $6,000 to $10,000 a year, and that
doesn’t even touch your nutrition or the mindset piece you need to actually
make it stick.
With Dad Bod To Fitness Coaching, there’s no contract, no overpriced nonsense—just results. The Basic plan is $97/month for 3 months, and yes, there are other upgrade options if you want more support. Not loving it after 30 days? Money back. No drama.
Try it for 30 days, and if you are not absolutely satisfied with the program I will refund 100% of your money.
